Expansion of CAT Foundation at grass root level
CAT Foundation, a Pakistan based organization with its head office in Islamabad, has been striving to eradicate terrorism as a crime against humanity. Over the years since its inception, CAT Foundation has felt a dire need of its expansion to carry the massage of peace and anti-terrorism across the board. People are required to be educated at grass root level focusing each and every corner of the country. But all that is not an easy task. It needs a well-organized expansion, which required infrastructure, staff, and all related paraphernalia with enough funds to sustain and carry out anti-terrorism programmes effectively. CAT Foundation has outlined a detailed expansion programme.
Details of the Expansion programme
CAT Foundation has a central office, with all paraphernalia of communication, in Islamabad which will be responsible for making, monitoring and evaluating of all programmes/ projects.
1. Provincial Office
In expansion programme, CAT Foundation wants provincial office with its subsidiary branches at each divisional and district level. Provincial office will be responsible for all projects in the province. It will monitor, evaluate and report every week to the central office in Islamabad regarding different projects of CAT Foundation. Provincial office would need phone, fax, furniture, office computers, two vehicles and staff.

2. District Office
Each district office will be responsible for the execution, monitoring and evaluation of projects at the grass root level within its territory. It will be responsible for reporting every day to the provincial office. District office will need staff, furniture, phone, fax, computers and two vehicles.

3. Tehsil Office
Tehsil office will have teams to execute effectively the projects / Programmes of CAT Foundation, It will consist of mobile enthusiasts agile educated and active workers. They will report to the Tehsil Office everyday and Tehsil office will rely that report to the concerned district office.Tehsil office needs staff, computers, furniture, office, phone, fax, and two vehicles.
